we are starting this group in order to prepare for the Warrior Dash and Pineapple Run. I figured anybody getting ready for any kind of running race would be a good running/workout partner.
Outdoor runs of different length and terrain, three times weekly in Issaquah and sometimes in Sammamish for runners of all levels and paces, keeping if fun, engaging and beneficial for all. No runner is too fast or too slow for the Eastside FT Running Club, sponsored by Fitness Together. Barefoot / Minimilist runners welcome.
